Does the product come with calibration certificate?

No all prices quoted exclude calibration, as this will require the item to be sent to a 3rd party lab. However, manufacturers like Mitutoyo sometimes provide an inspection certificate, for selected caliper and micrometer models. If you require a calibration certificate, we can provide the service at additional charge. Kindly specify in your enquiry.

Is delivery included?

We have a delivery fee of $15/trip or you can self-collect at our office. However if your purchase above $500, you can check with us for free delivery.

Help! my gauge is broken, can it be repaired?

For brands sold by us, we may be able to assist you. However drop us an email first describing the problem, before bringing down the gauge to our office for an assessment. We will then quote a repair fee after 1-2 working days if it is possible.

How long is the warranty for goods purchased?

Generally the manufacturer provides a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects for goods purchased.
