For your convenience, gauges are organized in durable cases with size labels, preventing mix-ups and improving workflow efficiency. In addition, each pin is made from wear-resistant tool steel, heat-treated and precision-ground to maintain dimensional accuracy over time.

Tolerances pin gauge:

Gauges are ±0.001 mm tolerance or better for up to 9.99mm pins and  ±0.0015 mm for pin sizes from 10.00mm-20.00mm. This makes them suitable for ISO, JIS, and DIN compliant manufacturing.

If required we can send to calibration lab for Singlas calibration with traceability to national standards at additional costs.
